The Author, otherwise known as The Crazy Music Lady, is a board certified-music therapist who currently practices at a psychiatric hospital for children and adolescents. She gets very easily frustrated with her work environment, but manages to laugh her way through it thanks to the antics of her patients.
The author means no disrespect to anyone with a psychiatric illness and encourages everyone to seek treatment. Everyone should have a therapist.
The author also loves every one of her patients to pieces and often wishes she could take them home. Everyone needs a good sense of humor to cope with the day in and day out situations.
